* Techno Cowboy is a music/performance project
where I explore electronic sounds from instruments
like the Omnichord, Theremin, circuit bent toys,
loops, samples, drum machines and vintage synths.
Now I admit I'm a regular "Folkie" who loves the
sound of real instruments played by real people. But
you cant deny the impact of these kind of sounds on
people these days. We live in an electronic world full
of "bleeps" and "blips" all around us. I'm playing with
the notion of making some kind of music out of the
randomness. Maybe all these video games, ring
tones, fire truck type sounds are a kind of folk
music. Well.... maybe not. Either way.... It's been a
good time. Check out my new Ziggy Stardust
